History plus sensation and balance testing
We review your history and run gentle tests, then explain the results the same day.
A written plan if it's a good fit
If the program suits you, we outline a written plan combining in-office care with a daily at-home routine.
Our promise at your first visit: if we don't think the program is a good fit, we'll tell you and point you to the right next step.
Find out what's going on — same day
Your first step is a free Discovery Visit: a conversation about your history and a hands-on sensory and balance evaluation. We explain the results the same day, in plain language, so you can make an informed decision about next steps — with no pressure to begin care.

What happens at your Discovery Visit
A focused evaluation that measures how your nerves respond — explained the same day.
Health history
We start with a conversation about your history, your symptoms, and your goals.
Sensation tests
We check sensation with a monofilament, a tuning fork for vibration, a pinwheel, and hot and cold.
Balance checks
Simple balance checks help us understand how your sensation and balance relate.
Thermal imaging
Thermal imaging is used as a supporting tool to round out the picture.
Same-day results
We explain what we found and your options the same day — no waiting, no pressure.
How nerve symptoms often change over time
A simple look at how nerve symptoms can progress. Everyone is different — this is general information, not a diagnosis.
Occasional tingling or numbness
Symptoms come and go, often noticed at certain times of day.
More frequent numbness, burning, or balance changes
Symptoms show up more often, and balance may start to feel less steady.
Constant numbness or pain with balance problems
Symptoms are present most of the time and may affect daily activities.
Everyone is different. This is general information, not a diagnosis.
Who it is for, and who should see their physician first
The program is a good fit for many adults — but it isn't right for everyone.
This program may fit if you…
- • Experience numbness, tingling, or burning in your feet or hands
- • Have noticed changes in your balance
- • Are looking for a non-surgical, supportive approach
- • Are willing to follow a daily at-home routine
See your physician first if you…
- • Have sudden or fast-worsening symptoms
- • Have open wounds on your feet
- • Have a pacemaker or other implanted device
If any of these apply, please see your physician first. We're happy to coordinate with your doctors.
How the 90-day program works
If the Discovery Visit shows the program is a good fit, here's what to expect.
The exam
We use your Discovery Visit findings to confirm whether the program is a fit.
A written plan
You get a written plan that combines in-office care with a daily at-home routine.
Daily at-home routine
A short, guided routine you do at home each day. We teach you exactly what to do.
In-office visits
Scheduled visits at our Dana Point office, where we monitor your response and adjust as you go.
Re-testing at ~30, 60, 90 days
We re-test at about 30, 60, and 90 days so you can see how your scores change over time.
Doing nothing, a device on its own, or a doctor-guided program
A simple comparison — checkmarks only, no outcome claims, no prices.
| Doing nothing | A device on its own | A doctor-guided program | |
|---|---|---|---|
| An exam first | |||
| A plan matched to your findings | |||
| Supervision and adjustments | |||
| Re-testing to track changes |
Responses vary
Responses vary. Some people notice changes within weeks, some need longer, and some do not improve. Long-standing nerve damage may not be reversible.
